We offer a wide variety of ways to learn meditation: evening or daytime courses,
Saturday morning drop-in classes, and even weekend retreats.
We hope that one of these options will work for you.
We teach two meditation practices: the mindfulness of breathing and
the metta bhavana (the development of loving-kindness). When practised
regularly, these meditations lead to calm, concentrated and positive states of mind.

Listed below are the different courses and classes currently offered for beginners
or even people that simply want a refresher course in meditation.
After you've learned to meditate through one of our introductory classes,
you are welcome to attend the other classes at our centre. We
offer opportunities to meditate during the week, regular classes
exploring Buddhism, and further meditation courses and retreats.

If you want to get a taste of meditation right away, these classes are
held every Tuesday and Saturday throughout the year. Although some people
attend regularly each week, these classes are
designed for people who have no previous experience of
meditation. Please feel free to just drop-in, when you can.
