Since meditation is an integral part of Buddhism, all our retreats include meditation practice.
However, some of our retreats focus on the practice of meditation more fully. The retreats listed below are
for experienced meditators who are comfortable doing multiple sessions of meditation each day.
You will benefit more from these retreats if you already have a regular meditation practice in
place, which allows these retreats to help you take your practice and understanding of meditation
