Introducing mindfulness meditation, we will explore how best to sit comfortably, approach meditation, begin a personal ongoing meditation practice, and how to apply mindfulness practices to influence our everyday lives. Suitable for all levels of experience from beginners to established meditators.

Evenings end at 6:45pm.
