Qi Gong, Walking, Meditation Sesshin

The human body is not designed to do just one thing for hours on end. This is a
chance to be mindful of your body in the stillness of meditation and in the
movements of Qi Gong. Come and explore the relationship between stillness and
movement and experience the benefits for your whole being. Open to all, no
experience needed.
