Getting to Vijayaloka

Vijayaloka is very easy to access, even from the airport. The closest train station is Minto, and you can take a train directly from the airport with about a 50 minute travel time. It's then just a 10 minute drive from the station to Vijayaloka, and we can usually pick you up from there.

Our retreats usually start around 6:30pm and finish around 3pm. If you are travelling domestically aim to get flights that arrive 2-4pm, and depart around 6-8pm. For international travellers, allow a little longer.

When you arrive at the airport, follow the signs to trains (the signage will be a T in an orange circle). If you have a contactless card or device, you can just scan that at the barriers without buying a ticket. Otherwise, you can purchase a single travel ticket or you can also get reusable Opal card that you can load a balance onto in the station. Take the T8 Airport Line (it's the only line from the airport stations) from Platform 2 towards MacArthur and Campbelltown. Get off at Minto. Travel time is about 50 minutes with no changes needed. The fare is around $20-25.

When you book your retreat you will be asked if you need to be picked up from the station. If you choose this option we will contact you shortly before the start of the retreat to confirm. Alternatively you can take a taxi or an Uber from the station, which will cost around $20.
